At TrackThatDrive, we take your privacy seriously. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use the TrackThatDrive iPhone app.
The only personal information we collect is your email address, provided when you register. All driving logs, learner names, and session data you enter are stored on your device and on our servers solely to power the app for you.
Your email address is used for one purpose only: to notify you of important app updates. We do not use it for marketing, advertising, or any other purpose.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. We may disclose your information only in the following limited circumstances:
The only information we retain is your email address, used to notify you of app updates. All other app data — driving logs, learner names, and session details — is stored on your device and can be deleted at any time from the Settings view in the app.
TrackThatDrive is designed for use by parents, guardians, and driving instructors to track learner driver progress. We do not communicate with or collect any information directly from the teens doing the driving.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

By using TrackThatDrive, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our application.
TrackThatDrive grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
You retain all rights to the data you enter into TrackThatDrive. We do not claim ownership of your content. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you record in the app.
You agree not to misuse TrackThatDrive or help anyone else do so. This includes attempting to access the app in an unauthorized manner, using the service in a way that could interfere with others' use of the service, or violating any applicable laws.
TrackThatDrive is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event shall TrackThat.us be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the application.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If we make changes, we will notify you by posting the updated terms within the app.
